SEASON TWO | Episode 6: a guide to luxury VINTAGE | ABERDEEN

I’m convinced the creators of Dallas did a spell in Aberdeen, coining the programme that defined a decade from the oil-rich soils of the Silver City. Sue Ellen has to be based on an Aberdonian glamazon married to some nasty womanising millionaire that treats her contemptibly. The city still maintains the excess of the ‘80s, its money-hungry ethos burning brightly as the flames on the rigs. Here they work hard and play harder, and their vintage is an homage to the style and razor -sharp tailoring of this exorbitant epoch.
