Wales has spawned some of the most sensational members of our sisterhood and for that reason I love to dub Cardiff Capital of the Diva. From Charlotte Church to Catherine Zeta Jones (plus her Oscar), not forgetting Queen of all Divas Dame Shirley Bassey herself, Welsh wenches certainly have a flair for fashion that highlights the finer things in life.
